CrossPoint Professional Services was founded by a husband-and-wife team who recognized that organizations often need more than just advice—they need dependable professionals who can step in, solve problems, and help move projects forward.
With complementary backgrounds in educational operations, event planning and logistics, and CAD drafting & design, we created CrossPoint to bring specialized expertise together under one company. Meet the Founders
Ruthie McGraw, Ph.D.
Co-Founder | Director of Education & Operations
With over 18 years of experience in education, Ruthie has dedicated her career to helping learners, educators, and organizations thrive through innovative programs, strategic leadership, and operational excellence. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education and has built her career around teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, and organizational leadership.
Throughout her career, Ruthie has served in K-12 education classrooms and later expanded her expertise to include online learning environments. She has designed curriculum, developed training programs, led educational initiatives, managed complex projects, and strengthened organizational systems. In addition to her work in education, Ruthie has owned and operated a retail franchise, leading venue selection, budgeting, marketing, vendor coordination, and large-scale event logistics. This combination of educational leadership and hands-on operational experience allows her to bring both strategic insight and practical execution to every engagement.
At CrossPoint, Ruthie combines educational expertise, operational leadership, and event management experience to help clients transform ideas into organized, impactful initiatives. She is passionate about building strong partnerships, creating practical solutions, and helping organizations move confidently from vision to execution.
John McGraw, M.Arch.
Co-Founder | Director of CAD Drafting & Design
John holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) and brings more than 15 years of experience in architectural drafting, technical design, and audio-visual production. His diverse background allows him to bridge the gap between planning, design, and execution, bringing technical precision to every project.
Professionally, John specializes in CAD drafting and design usingAutoCAD and Revit, supporting commercial, healthcare, and government projects through detailed construction documents, permit drawings, floor plans, and technical layouts. His expertise helps ensure projects begin with accurate, organized documentation that supports efficient execution from concept to completion. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Radio, Television, and Film and has spent more than a decade leading and supporting audio-visual production for conferences, corporate meetings, and large-scale events, coordinating technical teams and helping ensure seamless event execution.
John brings architectural expertise, technical planning, and event production leadership to help clients move complex projects from concept to completion with confidence, precision, and professionalism.
